Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission (LCRPC) will facilitate a panel discussion with business support experts from APEX, CEI, SBDC, MIT, New Ventures Maine, and SCORE on Tuesday, March 11 at 11 a.m. to noon. This workshop will be hybrid via Zoom and in LCRPC’s conference room at 297 Bath Road in Wiscasset. Hosted by LCRPC’s Economic and Community Development Planner, Alex Zipparo, this event will kick off the Business Booster Series, which will offer periodic workshops with business support service providers who are available to serve all types of businesses in Lincoln County. All are welcome to attend, especially Lincoln County based businesses. 

Panelists include Marissa Henkel from APEX, Raynor Large from CEI, Jenn Dobransky from SBDC, Emily Braley from MTI, Alicia LaFosse from New Ventures, and Dan Reed from SCORE Maine. Attendees will learn what each organization can offer businesses and how to get engaged with their services, which are free for the businesses accessing those resources. Support services these organizations offer include marketing, business planning, peer mentoring, financial management, financing, enterprise analysis, government contracting, succeeding planning, and labor management.  

This event will provide a valuable opportunity for any business, no matter the stage, to learn about the many resources available to support their viability and growth. Attendees will also get the opportunity to build connections within the local business community through this workshop.
