The Kennebec Valley Art Association invites artists to submit artwork to Art2015, the 20th annual juried show at the Harlow Gallery in Hallowell. Art2015 is open to all Maine artists and to any artist with a strong connection to Maine.

The deadline for electronic submissions is 11 p.m. on April 1.

Each artist may submit up to three works of original art created in the last three years. Original fine art in any media may be submitted, including hand-pulled prints, photography, sculpture and fine crafts, including ceramics, glass and fiber art. Jewelry and clothing are not eligible.

Art that has been previously exhibited at the Harlow Gallery is not eligible. Giclees and other reproductions are not eligible.

This year’s juror is Britta Konau, art writer, critic and lecturer on contemporary art.

The Art2015 exhibition will be displayed May 6-30, free and open to the public. An opening reception will be held on Wednesday, May 6 from 5-8 p.m. with the awards - cash prizes and gift certificates from area businesses - presentation at 6 p.m.

Harlow Gallery is located at 160 Water Street in Hallowell.
