CLC YMCA Board of Directors has announced that current Director of Operations Casey Clark Kelley is overseeing daily operations in a short-term manner during their leadership transition process. This is to ensure leadership and daily operations at CLC YMCA remain on track during the transitional phase as the board of directors continues to pursue long-term leadership options through a CEO search, as well as a working with their close partner, Boothbay Region YMCA.

Kelly has been with CLC YMCA for six years and in a full-time capacity for the past two, first as the director of healthy living before transitioning to the director of operations in early 2019. Casey has been a Y member for 37 years and is passionate about the collaborative work that the Y does to serve the community.

“CLC YMCA is a wonderful organization to be part of and I’m excited to step into this new role in order to continue to support our staff team through this transition process,” Kelley said.
