Christine P. Geier of Cincinnati, Ohio, a summer resident of Boothbay and Southport for 35 years, died on October 15, 2012.

Those neighbors who knew her, particularly after her beloved husband died over 10 years prior, appreciated her wit and spunk and are celebrating her life this summer on Saturday, July 27 at a palliative memorial at the very end of Cameron’s Point Road, Southport from 4 to 7 p.m.

Chris dearly loved her family and they are returning the sentiment with a memorial boat parade and reception. Though we deeply miss her, it was Chris’ desire for us to celebrate her life with irreverent fun, and that is exactly what attendees will do. Bring your favorite Chris stories to share. Dogs and children are encouraged to attend.
