Pilots, families and friends got together for a Labor Day cookout at Wiscasset Municipal Airport and a pair of Alna siblings got more than the food and other fun out of it.
Married Georgetown pilots Steve Williams, chair of the advisory committee for the town-owned airport, and Lisa Reece hosted the gathering in their hangar on the gray Monday afternoon. Rain held off. Seeing guests Savannah Robinson, 4, and brother Eben, 7, looking at a plane in the hangar, the couple helped them into the Cessna 185 for a sit inside.
