Board your Christmastime Train (first trip at 10 a.m.) at Sheepscot station (97 Cross Road, Alna) for a 20-minute steam-powered ride through the wild pine forests, farmlands and hamlets of the Sheepscot Valley to Top of Mountain where you'll transfer to a tractor-drawn hayride to SeaLyon Farm. At SeaLyon Farm, food and fun awaits as yuletide joy fills the air. All youngsters will be treated to make their own Christmas ornament and a visit with Santa Claus. Or, explore the farm. The entire trip is under 2.5 hours. The Christmastime Train to SeaLyon Farm departs Sheepscot station (97 Cross Road, Alna) promptly.
