In December 2017, the Wiscasset Police Blotter included a listing that David Nery, then 48, of Wiscasset was issued a summons for OUI on Dec. 20, 2017. The summons was dropped in January 2018 and the District Attorney’s office confirmed this week that they declined to prosecute.
