Closed court cases Dec. 15-31
The following are closed court cases provided by the Lincoln County Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Dean Feltis, 49, of Monson, was jailed for 13 days for a probation violation for a conviction for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs.
Tammy Martin, 51, of Waldoboro, guilty of OUI (alcohol) and sentenced to 12 days in jail, fined $500, and license suspended for 150 days.
Brittany Barton, 31, of Newcastle, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, and fined $400. In a separate case, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250, and deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.
Bridget Teele, 33, of Damariscotta, guilty of Failing to Stop for an Officer and fined $250, and deferred disposition on a charge of Assault.
Timothy Benner, 49, of Northport, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 30 days in jail. In a separate case, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to seven days in jail. In a separate case, while living in Waldoboro, guilty of Failing to Stop for an Officer, sentenced to seven days in jail, and deferred disposition for Eluding an Officer.
Christopher Knight, 25, of Rockland, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, sentenced to three years in jail, all but four months suspended, probation for two years, and fine of $400. Also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 30 days in jail. In a separate case, deferred disposition for Aggravated Trafficking of Scheduled Drugs.
Frank Dinsmore, 55, of Jefferson, probation revoked for a conviction of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to 20 days in jail.
Michael Castillo, 32, of Damariscotta, deferred disposition for Unlawful Sexual Touching.
Beth Grasser, 44, of Edgecomb, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with a prior, fined $500.
Michael Nguyen, 19, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with two priors. Sentenced to two years in jail, all but 60 days suspended, probation for one year, fined $3,500, and license suspended for six years, and registration suspended.
Walter Kruse, 50, of Dresden, guilty of Assault, sentenced to 48 hours in jail and fined $300. Deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.
Francis Andrew Brages, 39, of Saco, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with prior. Sentenced to 24 hours in jail, fined $500.
James Selman III, 56, of New Orleans, Louisiana, guilty of OUI (drugs or combo), fined $500, license suspended 150 days.
Paul Glidden, 27, of Whitefield, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $700, and license suspended 150 days.
Abraham Matt, 31 of Edgecomb, guilty of Theft By Receiving Stolen Property, sentenced to six months in jail.
Matthew Christ, 23, of Bristol, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to four years in jail, all suspended with three years probation, and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to one year in the Department of Corrections. In a separate case, guilty of Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to nine months in jail and fined $400. And guilty of Furnishing Liquor to a Minor, sentenced to five days in jail. In a separate case, probation revoked for a conviction for Burglary, sentenced to 20 months in the Department of Corrections.
John Dunbar, 26, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $700 and license suspended for 150 days, and Operating Vehicle Without License, fined $150. Deferred disposition on Obstructing the Report of a Crime.
Jason Gallagher, 36, of Waldoboro, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Earl Libby, 28, of Newcastle, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $500.
James Murphy, 37, of Woolwich, guilty of Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force, sentenced to 30 days in jail.
Burton Blackman, 31, of Wiscasset, guilty of speeding 30 mph or greater over the speed limit, fined $750.
Otis Stephen, 36, of Westbrook, probation revoked for a conviction for Robbery and for Elevated Aggravated Assault, sentenced to nine days and 120 days in jail, respectively.
Kristina Wichenbach, 38, of Waldoboro, probation revoked for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, sentenced to four months and 14 days in Knox County Jail.
