Cramwel Tegerero
Cramwel “Manny” Tegerero, 31, of Edgecomb, died at his home with his loving family by his side, after a period of declining health.
Born on Feb. 12, 1986 in Manila, Philippines, he was the son of Roque and Merlyn (Mangaring) Tegerero.
Manny was born in the Philippines, but moved to the United States in 2002 when he was 16 years old. He was such a happy man, and could light up a room with his jokes, smile and laughter. He loved watching television, especially tagalog soap operas.
Manny loved to sing and listen to love songs; he would cry every time heard, or someone sang, “Somewhere Down the Road” by Barry Manilow. He loved to eat, play with his sister, nieces and nephews, and make people laugh. He will be sorely missed by his entire extended family, and all that knew him.
Manny is survived by his parents, Roque and Merlyn Tegerero; sisters, Evangeline Absalud and Rowena Tegerero; nieces and nephews, Angelica Rodriguez, Dean Tegerero, Giemelia Absalud, and Giemel King Absalud; a brother-in-law, King Melchor Absalud; and many friends and extended family both here and in the Philippines.
A viewing, and prayer service, for Manny was held on Monday, Oct. 2 at the Strong-Hancock Funeral Home in Damariscotta.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Strong-Hancock Funeral Home, 612 Main Street, Damariscotta, ME 04543. Condolences, and messages for his family, may be expressed by visiting: www.StrongHancock.com.
