Crawl kicks off Harbor Fest

The third annual Harbor Fest kicked off Friday with the first day of the Harbor Crawl and Chili Chowder Challenge, pitting chef against chef in an all-over-town battle for the best chow. Participants traveled by car or on the Rocktide Trolley, “crawling” all over town at various businesses and restaurants.
The Chili Chowder Challenge continues Saturday, Aug. 30.
