Daniel Davis, 38, of Wiscasset will be arraigned Oct. 11 for Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, Class C; Terrorizing, Class D; Failure to Register a Vehicle, Class E; and Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, Class E, according to court records.

The charges stem from an incident July 22 when Davis allegedly got into an altercation with bicyclist Anthony Vitti on Lowelltown Road in Wiscasset. According to police, Vitti had spoken to Davis about following him too closely, and Davis allegedly pulled a pellet gun and pointed it at Vitti. Vitti captured the incident on his GoPro camera.
