The following information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk of Courts. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Nicholas Wallace, 29, of Boothbay, probation revoked for Burglary, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months; also for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to Department of Corrections for six years, all but nine months suspended, probation for three years.
Brendon McLellan, 31, of Newcastle and Edgecomb, probation revoked for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 60 days, ordered to pay restitution of $4,590. In a separate matter, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to jail for nine months; deferred disposition for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs.
Christopher Lennon Gilley, 32, of Richmond, probation revoked for Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail for 90 days.
Roger R. Gingras, Jr., 39, of Westport Island, probation revoked for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to Department of Corrections for five years, nine months.
Cassandra Johnson, 39, of Waldoboro, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, fined $300; also deferred disposition for Assault.
Chastity Keizer, 37, of Cushing, guilty of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument, sentenced to seven days in jail; deferred disposition for a second charge of Negotiating a Worthless Instrument.
Jacob Hammond, 19, of Vassalboro, guilty of Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs, fined $400.
Mickey Gilley, 35, of West Bath, guilty of Tampering With a Witness, Informant, Juror, or Victim, sentenced to Department of Correction for two years; deferred disposition on a second charge of Tampering With a Witness; also guilty of Improper Victim Contact Pre-Bail, sentenced to 364 days in the Department of Corrections.
Shawn Kivlin, Sr., 41, of Belfast, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to Department of Corrections for one year.
Thomas Proctor Jr., 67, of Boothbay, guilty of Reckless Conduct, sentenced to jail for three years, all but eight months suspended, probation of one year; also deferred disposition for Aggravated Assault.
Joshua Benner, 19, of Newcastle, guilty of Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation with two priors, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for nine months and one day; fined $1,000. In a separate matter, deferred disposition for Engaging in Activities While Suspended.
Ronald James Babb, 47, of Bowdoinham, guilty of Operating a Watercraft Under the Influence, fined $800.
Kathleen Ann Reinhardt, 27, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI-alcohol, with one prior. Sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $700. License suspended for three years; registration suspended.
Tonya Baldwin, 42, of Boothbay, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for 30 days; OUI-alcohol, sentenced to jail for seven days, license suspended for 150 days, fined $500; Failing to Report a Motor Vehicle Accident, sentenced to jail for seven days. In a separate matter, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Cole Nelson Atwood, 22, of Wiscasset, guilty of Assault, sentenced to jail for 30 days.
Adam Brewer, 31, of Edgecomb, guilty of OUI-alcohol. Sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Eric Doughty, 42, of Boothbay, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; Operating While License Suspended or Revoked with a prior, fined $500; Failure to Register a Vehicle, fined $150; and Obscuring Motor Vehicle Plates Marks, fined $150.
Peter McCollett, 56, of Readfield, guilty of Assault, fined $300.
Justin Case, 24, of Damariscotta, guilty of OUI-alcohol, fined $800, license suspended for 150 days.
Dixie Gauthier, 29, of Bristol, guilty of Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to Kennebec County Jail for 21 days; and two counts of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to Kennebec County Jail for 21 days.
Jeffrey Daniello, 60, of Rockland, guilty of Attaching False Plates, fined $100.
Gregory Jacobs, 33, of Jefferson, guilty of OUI-alcohol, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Jonathan Lowell, 27, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of OUI-alcohol, with one prior, sentenced to seven days in jail, fined $700, license suspended for three years, registration suspended; guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $500.
Christina Tonry, 24, of Edgecomb, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked for OUI, sentenced to jail for seven days, fined $600; license suspended for one year; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 72 hours.
Daniel Hoffman, 32, of Damariscotta, guilty of Motor Vehicle Speeding 30+ miles over the speed limit, fined $300.
