Edgecomb Eddy School launches local goods sale
Edgecomb Eddy School in Edgecomb has launched its fall fundraising season with Close Buy Catalog, a local goods school fundraising catalog featuring products only made in the Northeast.
Funds raised through this fall sale will benefit our Artist-In-Residence Program. Each year we welcome a group or individual to our school to do a performance or presentation that ties in with our current curriculum.
This year’s Close Buy Catalog features over 120 Northeast vendors, showcasing their locally made specialty food, body care, gifts, accessories, toys and stationary, and helping our PTO/PTA raise money for their schools and special projects.
Maine vendors featured in the 2015 Close Buy Catalog include Meg k. Walsh, Anchorpak, Flowfold, Erin Flett, Maine Cap ‘n Stem, Gentle Meadow Goat Farm, Baxter’s Candies, Tempest in a Teapot, Blackbird Soaps, Raye’s Mustard and Grandyoats to name a few.
To support our program, visit closebuycatalog.com and choose Edgecomb Eddy School at checkout. Thirty percent of each sale will benefit Edgecomb Eddy School. This year’s sale runs from Sept. 1 through Oct. 4. For more information, please contact Nicole McKay, Edgecomb Eddy PTC Fundraising Chairperson at nmckay929@msn.com or 207-380-5979.
