The Edgecomb Planning Board approved all three applications presented May 20. The board approved Stuart Smith’s and Stephanie Dupal’s request for an addition to a building and garage at their Shore Road property. The board approved Adam Spurgat’s and Jacey Waterhouse’s site plan review for a driveway and access to a shoreland lot at their Cross Point Road property. And Darby Langdon received approval for her site plan review. Her application called for a driveway with buried cables at the Cross Point Road location.

The board meets next at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, June 3 in the town hall.
