Boothbay Harbor Police Department made two arrests and summonsed one person between Oct. 5 and Nov. 6.
On Oct. 20, Sgt. Jacob Powers arrested Dylan Gray, 26, of Thomaston for operating under the influence.
On Oct. 27, Officer Makenzi Strout arrested Markus Russell, 23, of Boothbay Harbor for violation of protection order and violating condition of release.
On Oct. 17, Chief Doug Snyder summonsed Jedd Smith, 47, of Boothbay for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
