Each year the Boothbay Railway Village Museum celebrates the arrival of fall with Family Harvest Day. The event this year, Saturday, Oct. 2 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., features classic New England festivities such as hayrides, pumpkin decorating, games on the village green and of course, train rides. The family focused event offers reduced museum admission for the entire day: Adults $10, Children 5-17 $5 Under 5 Free. Train rides will be offered at 11 a.m., 1, 2, 3 and 4 p.m.

The Boothbay Railway Village Museum is located on Route 27 in Boothbay.
