First Congregational announces vigil to honor victims of Las Vegas attack

The First Congregational Church UCC of Wiscasset will hold a prayer vigil Wednesday, Oct. 4 at 6:30 p.m.
As we stand in the shadow of the horrifying events in Las Vegas, we will be standing together in prayer. We hold vigil because the violence we witnessed in Las Vegas and witness far too frequently in our nation and our world cannot and should not become “normal.”
Join us as we set aside time to honor the victims of the Las Vegas shootings, pray against violence everywhere, and stand together in the light of hope.
