The Garden Club of Wiscasset held a Garden Appreciation party and welcome for new members July 28 at the Nickels-Sortwell House Garden and Sunken Garden – two of the gardens the Club helps maintain. The weather was beautiful and it proved to be a fun evening to socialize and meet some new members.
Thanks go to Peggy Konitsky of Historic New England for use of the Nickels-Sortwell garden and Ames True Value in Wiscasset for providing trowels for new members.
