Studio 53's holiday event, ‘Gifts For Giving,’ combines a special shopping opportunity with meaningful community spirit. Don’t miss the Boothbay region’s cultural event of the year, an annual showcase of some of the finest, stand-out talent in the area Fridays from 4 to 7 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., November 22 through December 18 (Men's Night).

This year's collection includes unique, hand-crafted, original works of fine art, sculpture and fine crafts, as well as book signings by local authors.

Ruth Guillard will also be joining Studio 53 Holiday Event, as a local author with her two books of poetry, "From Burnham Cove" and "On a Fair Wind', both signed paperbacks. Her work appears in recently published "Take Heart", an anthology of Maine poets collected by Wesley McNair, Maine's poet laureate.

Come support the arts, culture and commerce at the local level, complete with complimentary edibles and beverages. Studio 53 is located at 53 Townsend Avenue in Boothay Harbor.
