The grand jury rose March 13 and issued the following indictments,  filed with the Wiscasset Unified Courts:

Brent Ayotte, 45, of Augusta, was indicted on a single charge of Failure to Report, Class C. On Nov. 12, 2o18, a warrant was issued for Ayotte.  Ayotte, having been convicted of Burglary, had been scheduled to report to Two Bridges Regional Jail on  Oct. 1,  2018,  but allegedly failed to report as ordered.

Scott Dearborn, 34, of Pittston, was indicted on two charges of Theft By Deception, Class C. Between April 2017 and May 2017, Dearborn allegedly committed theft by obtaining or exercising control over the property valued at more than $1,000 belonging to Peggy Haas in Damariscotta. He had previously been convicted of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer in 2012 and 2009, in Sagadahoc County and Kennebec County.
