Henry A. Murphy died peacefully at his home in Franklin, New Hampshire Oct. 2, 2017 at the age of 73.
Henry is survived by wife, Virginia Murphy; her children and grandchildren; his stepmother, Alice Murphy; brother, Pat Murphy and his wife Jane; and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother Pauline Murphy and father Herbert Murphy.
Henry was born on Nov. 4, 1943 in Bath, Maine. He spent his early years as a lobsterman in the Boothbay Harbor area. Henry was a master at automotive body work. He also enjoyed the work that he did for several years at Vitek Extrusion in Franklin, New Hampshire.
Per Henry's wishes there will be no funeral.
A celebration of life gathering will be held at Hope For New Hampshire Recovery, 175 Central St., Franklin, N.H. on Saturday, Oct. 21 at 1 p.m.
