A history presentation by Historic New England will be at Wiscasset Public Library's children's room on Feb. 18 at 11 a.m. A drop-in story hour combines books and hands-on activities to introduce children aged 5-10 to ideas about New England’s history.

We’ll get creative with “Terrible Storm” by New England author Carol Otis Hurst and take a fun look at winter life and the great Blizzard of 1888. Historic New England youth programs make history fun for even the youngest child.
