The Bible Baptist Church will hold an Easter breakfast at 9:30 a.m., followed by Resurrection service at 10:30 a.m. At 6 p.m., a singspiration will be held.

Edgecomb Community Church, UCC
Palm Sunday, March 20 - We will celebrate Jesus’ Triumphal Entry into Jerusalem with the distribution of Palms. Worship Service at 9:30 a.m.
Maundy Thursday, March 24 - Our 7:30 p.m. service of worship will celebrate the sacrament of the Lord’s Supper, and observe the Service of Tenebrae, the gradual diminution of light.
Easter Sunday, March 27 - An Easter Sunrise Service will be held at 6:30 a.m. at Fort Edgecomb, 66 Old Fort Road, Edgecomb. At 9:30 a.m. join us in the sanctuary of Edgecomb Community Church, as we greet the risen Christ with a service of word and praise.

First Congregational Church of Wiscasset
The First Congregational Church of Wiscasset will celebrate Palm Sunday on March 20 at 10 a.m.
Holy Week services continue on Maundy Thursday, March 24, at 7 p.m. with a candlelight communion service commemorating the Last Supper.
St. Philip’s Episcopal Church will join the First Congregational Church of Wiscasset for Easter by the Bay, a community sunrise service on the Wiscasset pier, beginning at 6 a.m. on March 27, with the Rev. Susan Craig and the Rev. Paul Tunkle officiating. Music will be provided by Dr. Jeff Grosser and Sarah Whitfield. Following the service, coffee and doughnuts will be served in the Wiscasset Yacht Club. Blankets and folding chairs are recommended for those attending but some chairs will be available. In the event of rain, the service will be held in the yacht club.
The 10 a.m. Easter service will celebrate the hope and faith of Easter with the sermon, “Alleluia, Then and Now,” by Rev. Craig. Under the direction of Leela Koilpillai, choral music for the service will include Randall Thompson’s Alleluia. Coffee hour will follow the service.
The First Congregational Church is located at 28 High Street in Wiscasset. All events are open to the public and guests are always welcome.
Second Congregational Church, Newcastle
Palm Sunday service, March 20 at 10 a.m.
Maundy Thursday service, March 24 at 7 p.m. We will share Communion, remembering Jesus' last supper with the disciples. This is one of the most beautiful services of the church year. There will also be a Tenebrae service.
Good Friday, March 25, from noon to 3 p.m., the sanctuary will be open for those who wish to come for silent prayer and meditation.
Easter Sunday service, March 27. The service will include wonderful music from the Hand Bell and Chancel Choirs, with instrumental solos and accompaniment. Beginning with an organ prelude at 9:50, the four octave bell choir and timpani will join the organ for a joyous medley of Easter hymns leading into our call to worship.
Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor
A special service of Tenebrae (gradual dimming of lights) will take place Maundy Thursday evening, March 24 at 7 p.m. Traditional readings will be offered about the challenging and painful events that led to the cross. A simple communion will be shared. The choir will sing and the bell choir will play at the Maundy Thursday service.
Congregationalists will join with other local churches for a Good Friday service of remembrance of Jesus' last words. This service will take place at St. Columba's Episcopal Church at 2 p.m.
A community-wide sunrise service is planned for "Three Trees" Ocean Point at 6:10 on Easter morning.
Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 on Easter morning at the Congregational Church of Boothbay Harbor. The sermon will speak of the end of fear. The bell choir will chime the good news of resurrection and the choir will sing Randall Thompson's magnificent "Alleluia." A special message will be offered for children, who will then be invited to participate in an egg hunt.

Boothbay Baptist Church
Friday, March 25, 6:30 p.m. – Good Friday service, with music and drama.
Easter Sunday, March 27 – 6 a.m. Sunrise service on the Bayville dock; 10:15 a.m. Morning Worship service at the church featuring special music by the children. No Sunday School classes, Junior Church or Teen Youth Group.
