Please join the parents, families, teachers and friends of Wiscasset Primary School Friday night, May 3, at 5 p.m. for a special fundraising dinner and “pick-n-choose” raffle to benefit the school's swim program.

Using the best locally grown and raised meats, vegetables and cheeses, the PIE moms will prepare a delicious meal of baked macaroni and cheese, baked ziti with bolognese sauce, spaghetti with marinara sauce, freshly grown greenhouse greens and home baked bread. An amazing dessert buffet will complete the meal. Everything will be lovingly made from scratch and served with a smile.

Raffle items donated by local businesses include: a complete auto detailing, restaurant gift certificates, gift baskets, a week of Farm Camp and much more.

Partners in Education (PIE) has been solely funding swimming lessons for every child at Wiscasset Primary School for years, including the bus transportation to and from the Community Center. Living on the water makes it very important that every child learn water safety and how to swim.

Thanks to the support of our community, PIE has been able to expand the swim program to include students in grades one through three. But if that's not enough to get you to come out to dinner, then come out for the food! PIE moms know local food bought directly from local farmers is better tasting, better for you and a better value for our community.

This is a community local foods meal and all are welcome! Dinner is $8 for adults and $4 for children. Kids age 4 and under eat free. Raffle tickets are $.50 each; 12 for $5; or 25 for $10.
