January closed cases
The following are the closed cases in Lincoln County Courts in January. All information was provided by the County Clerk. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Timothy Doble, 41, of Damariscotta, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to four days in jail and fined $300; deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault with priors.
Joseph Seigars, 81, of Damariscotta, guilty of Assault, fined $300; deferred disposition for Criminal Attempt.
Brian Pinkham, 54, of Boothbay, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, unconditional discharge; deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Terrorizing.
Michael Cusumano, 37, of Boothbay, guilty of Criminal Mischief, unconditional discharge.
Travis Morton, 41, of Newcastle, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, with priors, sentenced to jail for 60 days and restitution of $35.
Jeffrey Bodge, 41, of Dresden, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior; sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but 14 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, fined $700, and restitution of $450.
Adam Giles, 27, of Boothbay, probation violated for Domestic Violence Assault from an incident in Wiscasset in May 2018; sentenced to jail for nine months, probation revoked. In a separate incident, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault with priors, sentenced to jail for two years, all but nine months suspended, probation of two years.
Nicholas Hodgdon, 24, of Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for three days, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days. In a separate incident, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but 30 days suspended; probation of two years; Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for seven days; Obstructing Report of Crime, sentenced to jail for 30 days; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days. In another incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days.
Chelsea Morton, 22, of Boothbay, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for seven days. In a separate incident, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days.
Alexandre Gorey, 27, of Edgecomb, charge dismissed on Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. In a separate incident, probation violated for Aggravated Criminal Threatening, sentenced to jail for seven days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Kodi Merrill, 33, of Waldoboro, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to Department of Corrections for four years; and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, sentenced to Department of Corrections for four years, for incident in Damariscotta in August 2018.
Rebecca Fuller, 26, of Durham, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year, fined $700, license suspended for three years, registration suspended. Also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days, for incident in Wiscasset.
Jesse Mackie, 31, of East Boothbay, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, fined $300. Deferred disposition for two counts of Domestic Violence Assault.
Travis Morton, 41, of Newcastle, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 14 days. In a separate incident, probation violated for Forgery, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, and restitution of $627.93 ordered; and probation revoked for Theft by Deception, sentenced to jail for 60 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued, and restitution of $627.93 ordered.
Jasmine Page, 21, of Boothbay, guilty of Driving to Endanger, sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; and Failing to Notify of Motor Vehicle Accident, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; deferred disposition on OUI (alcohol).
Franklin James Jr., 57, of Wiscasset, guilty of Failing to Make an Oral or Written Accident Report, fined $250.
Sarah Stewart, 25, of Wiscasset, cited for two counts of Allowing a Dog to Be At Large, fined $50 for each count.
Lena Hintz, 24, of Hermon, probation violated for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, restitution ordered of $2,580.
Sean Pinkham, 30, of Wiscasset, guilty of Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail for three years, all but six months suspended, probation of two years, fined $400.
Kyle Gornto, 26, of Southport, probation violated for Criminal Threatening, sentenced to jail for eight months, probation revoked.
Tucker Lewis, 25, of Boothbay, probation violated for Burglary, probation continued.
Friederich Kattermann, 59, of Summerland, Florida, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; and deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol) no test. Incident occurred in Wiscasset in May 2017.
Laura Hughes, 54, of Southport, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; and deferred disposition for OUI (drugs or combo).
Caitlyn Barter, 25, guilty of Assault, fined $300; and deferred disposition on Sexual Abuse of Minor.
