Lilli Lewis plays the Boothbay Harbor Opera House
New Orleans folk rock Diva Lilli Lewis plays the Opera House at Boothbay Harbor Saturday, Oct. 22 in a 7:30 p.m. concert.
Lewis’ fall tour is in support of her current record release “Americana.” Supporting Lilli Lewis on piano and vocals are Wade Hymel on drums, who played on the album, and Robin Sherman on bass.
“Americana” was released late last year and returned her to her folk, soul and country roots. Notable virtual and television appearances include the Kennedy Center’s Arts Across America and New Orleans’ WWOZ’s radio Piano Night, Folk Alliance International’s Global Music Match and CBS affiliate WWLT’s “Good Morning Louisiana. Current festival appearances include AmericanaFest in Nashville and the Porcupine Mountain Festival in Michigan. Current awards include the Folk Alliance International’s 2022 Spirit of Folk Award.
