Lincoln County indictments
The following people were indicted when the grand jury rose on March 15 and 16 at Lincoln County Superior Court in Wiscasset. A grand jury is a panel of citizens that convenes to decide whether the prosecutor has enough evidence to take a case to trial. It is not a finding of guilt.
Rachel E. Anderson, 35, of Boothbay, Class A sexual exploitation of minor, Class B dissemination of sexually explicit material, Class C possession of sexually explicit materials, seven counts.
Jody L. Daniello, 36, of Thomaston, Class A aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs (heroin), Class B trafficking in schedule W drugs (heroin).
Jessie J. Gehrmann, 29, of Waldoboro, Class B theft by unauthorized taking, Class C burglary, Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, Class E theft by unauthorized taking.
Donna E. Johnson, 44, of China, Class B trafficking in schedule W drugs (heroin), criminal forfeiture of $5,081, criminal forfeiture of one firearm.
Kevin S. King, 53, of Waldoboro, Class B receiving stolen property, Class C possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, Class C unlawful possession of schedule W drug (heroin).
Brian S. Merryman, 38, of South Bristol, Class A gross sexual assault, six counts; Class D domestic violence assault; Class D sexual misconduct with a child; Class D unlawful sexual touching, two counts; Class D visual sexual aggression against a child.
James P. Millay, 43, of Thomaston, Class A aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs (heroin), Class B conspiracy to commit aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs (heroin).
Franz Morris, 52, of Waldoboro, Class A aggravated trafficking in schedule W drugs (cocaine).
