The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to 276 calls for service for the period of March 18 to March 25. Year to date, LCSO has responded to 3,335 calls for service.
Summonses
Leana F. Hendrickson, 36, of Waldoboro was issued a summons March 18 for Terrorizing, on South Clary Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Garet J. Murphy, 27, of Benton was issued a summons March 19 for Violating Condition of Release, on Augusta Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Trevor A. Tibbetts, 17, of Waldoboro was issued a summons March 19 for Displaying Fictitious Vehicle Certificate, on North Clary Road, Jefferson, by Deputy Jerold Winslow.
Atilio Delgado, 19, of Wiscasset was issued a summons March 20 for Criminal Mischief, at Two Bridges Regional Jail, Wiscasset, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Samuel J. Barter, 49, of Boothbay was issued a summons March 21 for Operating under the Influence, after an investigation into an accident which occurred on Pension Ridge Road, Boothbay, on December 14, 2024, by Deputy Samuel Alexander.
Tyler R. Widdecomb, 35, of Waldoboro was issued a summons March 22 for Taking Shellfish without a License, on Storer Road, Bremen, by Sgt. Kevin Dennison.
Arrests
Erin Ginnaty, 42, of Bremen was arrested March 22 for Misuse of E-9-1-1 System and Violating Condition of Release, on Branch Road, Bremen, by Sgt. Scott Hayden.
Tyler R. Widdecomb, 35, of Waldoboro was arrested March 22 on a Lincoln County warrant for Failure to Appear on a Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon charge, on Storer Road, Bremen, by Deputy Joseph Booth.
Accidents
On March 18, an accident occurred on Bunker Hill Road in Jefferson involving Jesse R. Bulmer, 49, of Jefferson. Mr. Bulmer was operating his 2015 Chevrolet Silverado northbound when he stated he had a medical event, which caused him to go off the roadway on the right, where he could not stop his vehicle in the soft shoulder. As a result, he struck a utility support pole, causing it to be broken off the base and his vehicle sustaining front end damage. Deputy Jeffrey Rogers was the investigating officer.
On March 21, an accident occurred on East Pond Road in Nobleboro involving Dakotah L. Mank, 37, of Waldoboro. Mr. Mank was operating his 2017 Nissan Rogue northbound when he crossed the center line and went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. Deputy Nathan Yeaton was the investigating officer.
