Lincoln County TV: Five new shows to watch
Lincoln County Television has five nights of “All New All Local” shows this week for its viewers on Spectrum/Tidewater channel 7, LCTV.org, and all streaming services.
- Wednesday, Sept. 27 at 7 p.m., tune in for a new Damariscotta Chamber Chat with host Lisa Hagen and Tim Cheney, owner of Clarks Cove Farm and Inn in Walpole. Viewers will enjoy learning about Tim’s fascinating life story, his career in public service, and the relationships that led him to a piece of paradise in Midcoast Maine.
- Thursday, Sept. 28 at 7 p.m., it’s this week’s Wuzzup News Show with regular hosts Bobby Whear and Larry Sidelinger.
- Friday, Sept. 29 at 7 p.m., LCTV is proud to bring viewers a YouTube live stream and sports commentary of the Medomak Valley Varsity Panthers football team vs. the Foxcroft Academy Ponies. The live stream will be available on YouTube, LCTV.org, and the Lincoln County Television Facebook page.
- On Saturday, Sept. 30 at 7 p.m., don’t miss the ninth episode of Vintage Racers Round Table with co-hosts Ken Minott, President of the Maine Vintage Race Car Association, and Pete Silva, Maine Motorsports Hall of Fame Class of 2016. Each episode, Pete and Ken get together with many of Maine racing legends to trade a few stories and talk about the racers’ amazing careers. Their guests for this one-hour episode are: Dick McCabe, Maine Motorsports Hall of Fame Class of 2006 and New England Motorsports Hall of Fame Class of 2002; David Staples, Racing Historian; and Sandy McKinnon Maine Motorsports Hall of Fame Class of 2015.
- Rounding out the weekend on Sunday, Oct. 1 at 7 p.m., LCTV brings you a 90-minute show about the “Tide Mills of Westport Island.” A tide mill is a water mill driven by the ocean’s or a river’s tidal rise and fall. This presentation was recorded at the Westport Island Old Town Hall on Aug. 27, 2023 by Patrick Bonsant of Saco River Community Television.
