Tim “Gravy” Brown, son of Linda and Jim Brown, former owners of the Upper Deck Cafe in Boothbay Harbor, will compete on the March 2 episode of the Food Channel program, “Food Court Wars.”

Tim Brown and his food truck partner, Patrick, owners of the Glutton Force 5 food truck, will compete against another Chicago-based food truck, Food Shallot, during the episode, hosted by Food Channel personality Tyler Florence. The episode is scheduled to air at 8 p.m. on March 2.

Tim “Gravy” Brown also competes in the Major League Eating circuit.
