March closed cases
The following are closed cases for March. All information was furnished by the Lincoln County Clerk of Courts. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Clifton Hannah, 53, of Wiscasset, violated probation for a 2013 conviction for Domestic Violence Assault. Sentenced to 120 days in jail.
Sean Pinkham, 30, of Wiscasset, violated probation for Unlawful Trafficking in Scheduled Drugs, probation partially revoked.
Shawayne Ricketts, 22, of Boothbay Harbor, charges of Gross Sexual Assault, Aggravated Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs, Furnishing Liquor to a Minor, and Unlawful Furnishing of Scheduled Drugs, all dismissed.
Jesse Dale Carmichael, 26, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Threatening, sentenced to jail for five days; deferred disposition for Domestic Violence Assault.
Felicia Giles, 38, of Edgecomb, guilty of Assault, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; Criminal Mischief, sentenced to jail for 48 hours, and Criminal Threatening, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all suspended, with probation of one year. Also deferred disposition for Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon.
John Rogers, 41, of Laconia, New Hampshire, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 72 hours, fined $500, license suspended for 150 days, restitution of $555 ordered.
Logan Robitaille, 23, of Waldoboro, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 30 days, probation of one year.
Nancy Leigh Ann Brann, 44, of Richmond, guilty of Gross Sexual Assault, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 12 years, all but two years and six months suspended, probation for four years; also guilty of Unlawful Sexual Contact, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for two years.
Hunter Martin, 18, of Fryeburg, guilty of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words, Gestures, sentenced to 60 days in jail. Also guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 60 days. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 60 days; and Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drugs, sentenced to jail for 90 days, fined $400. Deferred disposition for Trafficking in Prison Contraband.
Konstantinos Rigas, 30, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 364 days, all but five days suspended, probation of one year.
Jose Nieves, 29, of Bath, guilty of Driving to Endanger, fined $575, license suspended for 30 days; deferred disposition for OUI (alcohol). In a separate incident, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to 180 days in jail, all but seven suspended, one year probation, and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 48 hours in jail. Deferred disposition for Aggravated Assault.
Rhonda Welch, 35, of Rumford, guilty of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, sentenced to jail for 30 days, and Operating After Habitual Offender Revocation, sentenced to jail for 30 days and fined $500.
Zachary Grant Mosher, 23, of Palermo, deferred disposition for Aggravated Assault.
Christopher Molyneux, 42, of Woolwich, probation violated for Domestic Violence Assault, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
Suzanne Rowe, 46, of Auburn, charge of Disorderly Conduct, Offensive Words and Gestures, dismissed.
Daniel Hassan, 42, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, with prior, fined $750, restitution ordered of $100; and Criminal Mischief, unconditional discharge; and deferred disposition for Criminal Attempt. In a separate incident, guilty of Possession of Shellfish from a Closed Area, fined $500.
Leann Donovan, 28, of Knox, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, sentenced to jail for three years, all but 60 days suspended, probation of two years, fined $140, restitution ordered for $400. Also guilty of three additional charges of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors, each charge carries sentence of 60 days in jail.
Allan Coro, 41, of Damariscotta, guilty of Illegal Possession of a Firearm, sentenced to jail for 45 days, fined $500; and Fraudulently Obtaining License or Permit, sentenced to jail for 45 days.
Joshua Rogan, 22, of Millinocket, guilty of Criminal Trespass, sentenced to jail for seven days; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for seven days.
Joseph Willard Garland, 45, of Lewiston, guilty of two counts of Trafficking in Prison Contraband, and Violating Conditions of Release. No additional sentence imposed.
Brandi Arsenault, 37, of Boothbay, deferred disposition for Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force.
Uhl Simon Brightman, 39, of Newcastle, guilty of Violating Protection from Abuse order, sentenced to jail for 48 hours; and Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 48 hours.
Amanda McKenney, 30, of Boothbay Harbor, charge of Misuse of Identification dismissed.
Travis Young, 25, of Spruce Head, guilty of Ice Fishing in Closed Waters, fined $150.
Samuel Bassett, 23, of Wiscasset, deferred disposition for OUI (drugs or combo).
Allen James, 60, of Waterbury, Connecticut, extradited as Fugitive from Justice.
Michael Hanson, 34, of Whitefield, guilty of Engaging in Activities While Suspended, fined $500.
Brian Hybers, 27, of Swanville, guilty of two counts of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 24 months on each count; deferred disposition for two counts of Improper Victim Contact Pre-Bail.
Robert Harvey, 25, of Boothbay, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Molly Carlson, 60, of Wiscasset, guilty of Allowing Dog to Be At Large, fined $150; and Keeping a Dangerous Dog, fined $150, suspended.
