According to the District Attorney's Office, the following people were indicted by the grand jury in May. All those listed are presumed innocent. None have been found guilty in court.

Michael Holbrook, 46, of Boothbay, indicted for Attempted Murder, Class A; two counts of Criminal Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, Class C; Reckless Conduct with a Dangerous Weapon, Class C; two counts of Assault, Class D; Criminal Mischief, Class D; and two counts of Arson, Class A.

Lauren A. Witwicki, 27, of Wiscasset, indicted for Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Class C; and Misuse of Identification, Class D.

Stuart C.S. Wyman, 27, of Wiscasset, indicted for Criminal OUI, Class C; Operating After Suspension, Class E; and Refusing to Submit to Arrest, Class E.

Corey Parson, 41, of Wiscasset, indicted for Domestic Violence Assault, Class C.

Scott Allard, 54, of Damariscotta, indicted for two counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking, Class C; and three counts of Unauthorized Use of Property, Class C.
