We are excited to welcome Georgia native J Scott Thompson to the Merry Barn stage. J Scott brings his distinct, country, Americana-infused sound to Music at Merry Barn on Saturday, July 27.

Thompson is an audience favorite endearing himself to crowds nationwide with his warm, easy going personality, powerful voice, and fresh style of Americana songwriting. Pulling from his Southern roots, Thompson combines a southerner’s knack for storytelling with a dose of southern charm making lifelong friends and loyal fans wherever he goes. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., show starts at 7.

In Merry Barn’s turn-of-the-century venue, with it’s unique listening room vibe, songwriters and musicians find community, connection, and a place to explore their craft. Audiences of all ages experience the beauty and power of story and song in intimate performances spanning genres across indie, folk, rock, blues and multicultural music.
