The Wiscasset Public Library Children’s Room is pleased to have two area residents coming to the Library on March 6 and 20 to present their new book, “Messageof the Owl,” a story for all ages.
June and Bob Rose recently released their new book. The story has three parts: A Shared Mission, Incident at Ice Pond and The Message Unfolds. The plot follows a quest by animals thatcharacterize real personalities, familiar to us all.
In fact, the readers may find a piece of themselves in the story. Most of the action occurs in Edgecomb around Poole’s Landing andthe Old Ice Pond, located near Bennett’s Neck. Bob Rose’s illustrations give the book adynamic charm with his special use of color and movement.
