Newcastle selectmen discuss cemeteries and trains March 10; public welcome

Cemeteries will again be on the agenda in Newcastle.
The Newcastle Board of Selectmen will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, March 10 and cemeteries will be the focus for the second consecutive meeting.
There will be an update from Clayton Huntley on the number of veterans graves in Lincoln Cemetery and the board will also review bids for the cemetery.
The board will also hear an update on the train depot and there will be several request for proposals.
The Newcastle board meets the second and fourth Mondays of the month. The meetings are held at the town office on Pump Street and are open to the public.
