October closed cases
The following are closed cases for October. All information was provided by the Lincoln County Clerk of Court. Unless otherwise noted, all sentences are served at Two Bridges Regional Jail.
Probation violations involve cases whose original conviction may have occurred months or years ago.
Derek Dube, 40, of Winthrop, had his probation violated for a Burglary offense in Boothbay Harbor in July 2005. He was sentenced for the violation on Oct. 22, to jail for eight months, with probation partially revoked.
Edward Neptune, 61, of Readfield, had probation violated for two counts of Gross Sexual Assault in January and June 2004 in Alna. He was sentenced to the Department of Corrections on both counts for 18 months on Oct. 22, with probation partially revoked.
Justin George, 30, of Albion, had probation revoked for Reckless Conduct in June 2013 in Wiscasset. He was sentenced to jail for 25 days on Oct. 22, with probation partially revoked.
Tucker Lewis, 25, of Boothbay, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to jail for five years, all but 43 days suspended for an offense in Boothbay Harbor. He will also serve two years' probation.
Guido Anthony Hernandez, 26, of Augusta, guilty of two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Minor, sentenced to 364 days in jail, all but 60 days suspended, probation of two years. Deferred disposition for two counts of Unlawful Sexual Contact.
Ashley Ward, 33, of Wiscasset, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 364 days, all suspended, probation for one year; also deferred disposition for a second count of Unauthorized Taking or Transfer.
Jake Pilsbury, 27, of Augusta, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for four years; ordered to pay restitution of $40,950.
Ashlyn Finnemore, 24, of Damariscotta, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Joseph Huggins, 63, of Westport Island, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, fined $250.
Hunter Andrews, 20, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Robbery, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 10 years, all but 18 months suspended, probation for four years, restitution of $353.06; also guilty of Threatening with a Dangerous Weapon, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 18 months.
Hunter Andrews, 20, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Eluding an Officer, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months; also guilty of Reckless Conduct, sentenced to Department of Corrections for 18 months. In a separate incident, guilty of OUI (alcohol), sentenced to jail for 48 hours, fined $500, and license suspended to 150 days; Theft by Unauthorized Use of Property, sentenced to the Department of Corrections for 364 days. Also deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release, Driving to Endanger, and Operating a Vehicle without a License or with Restrictions.
Tucker Lewis, 25, of Boothbay, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 90 days, all but seven days suspended, probation of one year.
William Rogers Jr., 46, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, license suspended for 150 days.
Adam Gerald Pinkham, 35, of Trevett, guilty of Burglary, sentenced to jail for three years, all but 90 days suspended, probation of two years, restitution of $5,234.54; Aggravated Criminal Mischief, sentenced to 90 days in jail; and Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 90 days. In a separate incident, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, sentenced to jail for 90 days.
John Dunbar, 30, of Boothbay Harbor, sentenced to Violation of Conditions of Release, fined $350; also deferred disposition for Refusing to Submit to Arrest or Detention by Physical Force and Violating Conditions of Release.
Konstantinos Rigas, 30, of Boothbay Harbor, guilty of Criminal Mischief, sentenced to five days in jail, ordered to pay restitution of $750. In a separate incident, deferred disposition for Violating Conditions of Release.
Michael Murphy, 58, of Woolwich, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined $500, sentenced to jail for five days, license suspended for 150 days; also Failing to Stop for Officer, sentenced to jail for five days.
Elsie Cowing, 28, of Wiscasset, guilty of Operating After Registration Suspended, fined $150.
Christopher Molyneux, 42, of Woolwich, guilty of Domestic Violence Assault, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but 10 days suspended, probation for two years.
Leisa Sampson, 51, guilty of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, unconditional discharge; deferred disposition for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer with priors.
Paul Thurlow, 30, guilty of Failure to Comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act, first offense, sentenced to 60 days in jail.
Alton Colby, 53, of East Boothbay, guilty of OUI (alcohol) with one prior, sentenced to jail for 180 days, all but 14 days suspended, probation for one year, fined $700, license suspended for three years, registration suspended. In a separate incident, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 14 days.
Sherry Giles, 24, of Newcastle, guilty of OUI (alcohol), fined 150 days, fined $500, restitution of $460. In a separate incident, guilty of Operating While License Suspended or Revoked, fined $250.
Timothy Doble, 31, of Damariscotta, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to jail for 24 hours.
Mark Despres Jr., 34, of Bowdoinham, guilty of Violating Conditions of Release, sentenced to 72 hours in jail.
Sean Pierce, 30, of Waldoboro, guilty of Driving to Endanger in an incident in Damariscotta. Fined $575, license suspended for 30 days.
Justin Foye, 38, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $250, ordered to pay restitution of $400.
Shane Clancy, 36, of Clarksville, Tennessee, guilty of Failure to Stop, Provide Information, fined $250; and Indecent Conduct, fined $200, for an incident in Boothbay Harbor.
Michael Knowles, 37, of Naples, Florida, guilty of Operating Vehicle Without a License, fined $150.
Taylor Delano, 18, of Wiscasset, guilty of Criminal Mischief, fined $250, ordered to pay restitution of $75. In a separate incident, guilty of Littering, fined $100.
