The Oxbow brewery, located in a renovated barn in Newcastle, has reopened its popular Tasting Room after installing a brand new draft system.

Oxbow has been producing unique farmhouse style craft beer since 2011. The American Farmhouse Brewery specializes in traditional Belgian-style farmhouse beers with contemporary American influence. The high quality and uniqueness of their beer has attracted visitors from around the state and well beyond.

Oxbow’s only retail location, the Tasting Room, offers an exciting selection of fresh Oxbow beer on draft for sampling or to take home in growlers as well as Oxbow gear and their limited release 750ml bottles. The Tasting Room can be found adjacent to the Oxbow Brewery on an 18-acre property at 274 Jones Woods Road (Route 215).

The Tasting Room at Oxbow invites beer enthusiasts to visit and check out what makes their “loud beer from a quiet place” so special.  Taps and conversation flow freely from 12-7 p.m. every Wednesday through Saturday.
