St. Philip’s Help Yourself Shelf Food Pantry, 12 Hodge St., Wiscasset, will have its holiday week pantry day on Thursday, Dec. 19, beginning at 4:30 p.m. for a “grab and go” event.

Special thanks to First Congregational Church of Wiscasset, Bath Iron Works’ annual fundraiser, The First Bank, Chewonki Foundation, and all others who have generously donated items and funds to aid the Help Yourself Shelf’s objective of supporting food insecure people’s ability to have a happy and delicious holiday experience.

The Pantry will revert to its usual Thursday schedule on Dec. 26, as well as on Jan. 2, both commencing at 5 p.m. Please come earlier, however, to survey the offerings of the day prior to choice time.
