Paul E. Parks Jr.
Paul E. Parks Jr. of Wiscasset died April 5, 2019.
Born in Blue Hill, Maine on March 10, 1955, Mr. Parks lived in the Boothbay region in the 1970s after graduating from Camden-Rockport High School.
A lifelong sailor, he began working on schooners and his love of the sea never left him. He had a charter business in the Boothbay area and was a captain of privately owned vessels, both sail and motor. At the time of his death, he was restoring an old launch built in 1908.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Duffy, and many friends who live in the area.
A small gathering to remember Mr. Parks will be held at a later date.
