American Legion Post 54 of Wiscasset will hold its Memorial Day observance at 9 a.m. Monday, May 28 at the veterans wall at the municipal building at the corner of Routes 1 and 27, Commander William Cossette Jr. said. Coffee  and doughnuts will follow at the post’s hall at  523 Bath Road, Cossette said.
