Ranger cookies ... gooey and delish
Hope lots of people put a dent in their Christmas shopping last Saturday … I saw so many friends that I hadn’t seen in a long time it was nice to catch up with every one of you.
Thanksgiving, I’m not going to lie is my favorite holiday. I finally get to see my family and friends. I’m incredibly grateful for you all. I’ve been blessed in many ways.
What’s cooking? Cookies. That’s what’s cooking! These cookies are easy, gooey, and you just can’t eat one.
Ingredient’s list: two sticks of unsalted butter, two eggs, one teaspoon of vanilla, half a teaspoon of salt, one cup of old fashioned oats, three cups of Rice Krispies, one cup of coconut, one cup of crasins, one cup of white sugar, one cup of brown sugar, one cup of white chocolate chips, one teaspoon of baking soda, one teaspoon of baking powder, and two cups of flour.
Lots of ingredients but is simple. First make sure your butter has been out for a couple of hours. Blend your butter with your white and brown sugar blend together in a big bowl, now add your two eggs blend well together then add your vanilla set a side. In a separate bowl add your flour, baking powder, baking soda and half a teaspoon of salt. With a fork blend. Now slowly add your wet ingredients (butter, eggs, and sugars, vanilla) to your dry ingredients mix with a big wooden spoon that is what I used. After that is blended I start putting in the good things, white chocolate chips, coconut, craisins , and Rice Krispies.
This recipe makes three dozen cookies depending on the size make sure your roll your cookie balls no bigger than an inch all around they will spread on your greased cookie sheet or use parchment paper … I use parchment paper - helps with clean up.
This cookies will get you into the Christmas spirit. I’m wishing friends far and near to have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Stay safe and always be kind. Cheers!
