Every Tuesday and Thursday, from 6 to 8 p.m., musicians from around the midcoast will entertain diners at Savory Maine in Damariscotta. All of the musicians in the following August lineup have played at Savoy Maine before.

August 1: Heather Hardy and Nancy Sferra (Sferra organized the first several months of the music series); August 6: Married with Chitlins; August 8: Rusty Hinges; August 13: Christine Woodman and friends; August 15: Sylvia Tavares; August 20: singer songwriter Kathi Nordone; August 22: Giff Jamison and Nancy Sferra; and on August 27: Sylvia Tavares will join Kathi Nordone and Giff Jamison.
The music series will continue in September.

Savory Maine is located at 11 Water Street. It is open for lunch and dinner from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday thru Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday for brunch and dinner. The restaurant sources most of its food from Maine. Essentially, all of it is organically grown or wild harvested. Savory Maine is proud to support local farmers, fishers, foragers, food producers, artists, and musicians. Come for a bowl of chowder, a burger, a beer, a cup of tea, dessert or a full meal.
