On Saturday, Oct. 22 Boothbay Harbor resident Alina Blakesley competed in the Paragon Dance Competition in Stamford, Connecticut. Blakesley placed First in the ProAm International Latin Championship at the Senior Bronze Level.
During the Halloween-themed competition, Blakesley’s teacher Kristian Timar was also her partner dancing the cha cha, samba, rumba, and Jive.
