Second location purchased in Warren
Thomaston Place Auction Galleries is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of 345 Atlantic Highway in Warren, the former longtime home of Scuttlebutt Antiques.
With its close proximity to Thomaston Place Auction Galleries’ main location and auction facility, the new building will be utilized as a convenient base of operations for a soon-to-launch specialized online division, Vintage Accents Auctions. This exciting brand expansion will allow Thomaston Place to continue to provide world-class auction service to the people of Maine.
After three decades of consistent growth, Thomaston Place auctioneers and appraisers Kaja Veilleux and John Bottero are pleased to be expanding both the size and market reach through the introduction of the Vintage Accents brand, which is an exclusively online auction service.
“As we grow, we have recognized that we can best serve our community by offering an online only experience in addition to the live feature auctions offered quarterly by Thomaston Place,” said Veilleux and Bottero in a joint statement.
Though several online auctions under the Vintage Accents name have already occurred this past year, an official brand launch is anticipated as the new year approaches. The launch of Vintage Accents will coincide with the debut of Thomaston Place’s newly redesigned website, which will provide enhanced features, services and information for both consignors and bidders.
The inaugural 2020 Vintage Accents online only auction is set to commence on Jan. 22 and 23.
The Thomaston Place team looks forward to sharing additional information about the Vintage Accents division as the brand launch draws closer. Please stay tuned to Thomaston Place Auction Galleries on Facebook and Instagram for the latest developments!
