Alan Battaglini, 43, Austin, Texas, Operating under the Influence, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Sierra J. Benner, 25, Wiscasset, Assault, fined $300.

Timothy Bonawitz, 50, Jefferson, Violating Condition of Release, Two Bridges Regional Jail 90 days all but five days suspended, probation one year.

Zachary V. Cardilli, 18, Warren, three counts of Burglary, three counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, two counts of Criminal Mischief, all dismissed.

Leslie F. Cimpher, 73, Farmingdale, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Two Bridges Regional Jail 150 days.

Michael G. Eckert, 38, Wiscasset, Aggravated Forgery, Two Bridges Regional Jail 70 days; Aggravated Forgery, dismissed.

Timothy S. Frazee, 56, Farmingdale, Operating Watercraft under Influence over 21, fined $400, Two Bridges Regional Jail two days.

George T. Gendron, 31, Waldoboro, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Two Bridges Regional Jail 45 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Joshua L. Graves, 34, Augusta, Unlawful Sexual Contact, Two Bridges Regional Jail six months all suspended, probation one year.

Alicia Jackson, 26, Jefferson, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Two Bridges Regional Jail six months all suspended, probation one year.

Alton L. King, III, 30, Dresden, Cultivating Marijuana, fined $400, Two Bridges Regional Jail two days.

Christopher Lawrence, 30, Northport, Violating Condition of Release, dismissed; Tampering with Witness, Informant, Juror or Victim, dismissed.

Nicole Leigh, 22, Washington, Acquiring Drugs by Deception, Maine Dept. of Corrections two years all but 90 days suspended, probation two years; Forgery, Two Bridges Regional Jail 60 days.

Eric Matchett, 20, Boothbay Harbor, Violating Condition of Release, Two Bridges Regional Jail five days.

Christopher W. McNally, 33, Warren, Operating under the Influence, fined $700, Two Bridges Regional Jail 180 days all but 10 days suspended, probation 11 years, license suspended three years.

Christina Moore, 30, Lebanon, Trafficking in Prison Contraband, Two Bridges Regional Jail 30 days.

Ashley N. Orne, 26, Bristol, Operating under the Influence, Two Bridges Regional Jail six days, probation partially revoked, probation continued; Operating While License Suspended or Revoked-OUI, dismissed; Attaching False Plates, fined $800.

Matthew Plummer, 29, Westport, Domestic Violence Assault, dismissed.

 Taylor M. Russell, 29, Boothbay Harbor, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, Maine Dept. of Corrections 18 months all but 45 days suspended, probation one year.

Matthew D. Smith, 21, Farmington, Operating under the Influence, fined $700, Two Bridges Regional Jail 280 days all but seven days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years.

Dana L. Sprague, 56, Nobleboro, Domestic Violence Criminal Threatening, Maine Dept. of Corrections 364 days all suspended, probation one year.

Irven G. Starrett, 53, Warren, Violating Protective Order, fined $200.

Milton S. Thompson, 42, Wiscasset, Burning Prohibited Material, fined $300.

John R. Zenonos, 28, Bowdoin, four counts of Tampering with Witness, Informant, Juror or Victim, Maine Dept. of Corrections four years and six months all but 12 months suspended.
