Scott W. Bennett, 21, Boothbay, Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone, fined $400, Two Bridges Regional Jail 18 months, all but 40 days suspended, probation one year.

Brittany M. Bowen, 23, Bucksport, Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone, fined $400.

Daniel D. Chubbuck, 20, Edgecomb, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Maine Dept. of Corrections six years all but two years suspended, restitution $2,000.

William Churchill, 48, Bath, Burglary, Two Bridges Regional Jail seven days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Brian E. Cray, 23, Richmond, Riot, dismissed.

Brian J. Emmons, 35, Wiscasset, Violating Condition of Release, unconditional discharge; Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Two Bridges Regional Jail 364 days all suspended, probation one year.

John L. Hannon, 59, Jacksonville, Fla., Operating under the Influence, fined $2,000.

Nathan Poland, 32, Alfred, Unlawful Possession of Scheduled Drug, dismissed; Trafficking in Prison Contraband, dismissed.
