Matthew Plummer, 30, of Edgecomb pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, Oxycodone, and unlawful possession of Lorazapan.
Plummer allegedly stole the drugs from a hotel room in Edgecomb and had them on his possession when he was arrested by police.
Plummer was sentenced to four years of jail time with all of it suspended and two years of probation, all to be concurrent with another sentence. He was ordered to undergo mental health and substance abuse counseling. He was also ordered to pay $800 in fines stemming from the two drug charges.
Leo Barter Jr. of Edgecomb pleaded guilty to violating the conditions of his release.
Barter allegedly rammed a car that contained the two victims with his car. Barter reportedly starting ramming the car of one of the victims after an argument.
One of his conditions was to have no contact with the victims; and on May 9, Barter allegedly kicked in a door at an Edgecomb residence, which violated conditions of his release.
He was sentenced to three years of prison time with all but 30 days suspended and two years of probation. He was also ordered to have no contact with either of the victims.
Megan Monfilletto of Wiscasset pleaded guilty to theft by unauthorized taking, forgery, misuse of identification and theft of mislaid property. Monfilletto received a one-year deferred disposition, meaning it will be reviewed in a year.
If she does not violate the terms of her bail her crimes will be reduced to Class B misdemeanors.
Her case was put on hold for a year, and should she violate the terms of her plea will serve up to 364 days, with up to 45 days served up front, and probation for a year.
Ronald Williams Jr. pleaded guilty to burglary Class B, burglary Class C, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and violating condition of release.
For the two burglary charges, Williams received three years in prison with all but six months suspended and two years of probation. He was also ordered to not have any contact with the victims.
Williams and a partner allegedly stole metal from two Wiscasset properties on or about February 12. Wiscasset Police discovered the two break-ins while investigating a suspicious fire shed at the Mountain View Trailer Park.
Williams asked that his accomplice, 18-year-old Tylor Miller, receive leniency.
