Timothy Gregory, 21, Jefferson, Terrorizing, Maine Dept. of Corrections 364 days all suspended, probation one year; Criminal Threatening, Maine Dept. of Corrections 364 days all suspended, probation one year; three counts of Aggravated Assault, two counts of Terrorizing, two counts of Criminal Threatening with Dangerous Weapon, three counts of Furnishing Liquor to a Minor, three counts of Gross Sexual Assault, three counts of Domestic Violence Assault, three counts of Unlawful Furnishing Scheduled Drug, all dismissed.

John Hallee, 46, Farmingdale, Theft by Misapplication of Property, fined $250, suspended $250; Failing to Collect Tax, fined $250, suspended $250.

Dawn L Hunt, 30, Augusta, Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Two Bridges Regional Jail 48 hours, restitution $1,050.

Jonathan S. Hynd, 42, Machiasport, Aggravated Assault, Knox County Jail 10 years all but four years and six months suspended, probation one year.

John Jarrett, 58, Boothbay Harbor, Domestic Violence Assault, Maine Dept. of Corrections 364 days all but 21 days suspended, probation one year.

Joseph Marco, 43, Bath, Assault on an Officer, Two Bridges Regional Jail three years all suspended, probation two years.

George Markos, 22, Bath, Trafficking in Prison Contraband, Two Bridges Regional Jail two years all but nine months suspended, probation one year, restitution $45.

Alan McLaughlin, 64, Damariscotta, Theft by Misapplication of Property, fined $250, suspended $250; Failing to Collect Tax, fined $250, suspended $250.

Franklin A. Poe, 57, Montrose, Mich., Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Maine Dept. of Corrections four years all but 15 months suspended, probation one year, restitution $55,632.

Devin V. Ranquist, 25, South Thomaston, Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone, Knox County Jail 30 days, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
