Dana Morse of the Darling Center's University of Maine Marine Extension Team will talk about the process of oyster harvesting and why the Damariscotta River produces some of the world's best-tasting oysters. The free talk will be held at The Lincoln Home in Newcastle on Monday, March 28, from 3 to 4 p.m.
