TBRJ has two COVID-19 cases
As of Monday Jan. 4, Two Bridges Regional Jail in Wiscasset was reporting two confirmed positive cases of COVID-19: One staff member and one inmate, the jail’s administrator, Col. James Bailey announced in a press release.
“TBRJ, in response and following our pandemic plan, is closing the facility to the public and all non-essential personnel to limit exposures. We are conducting further (testing) of staff and inmates at this time. The length of our facility closure to the public is unknown at this time,” the release stated.
